I'm affected by the strike... in 2 ways.

First way: My dads a teacher, so if the government did give into the teachers demands, id be cheering cause it means we get more money ;)

2nd way: I was hoping for the 2 days off this week because then i could catch up on homework and study and stuff... But now theyre 2 24 hour ones im screwed.

I had an extention jap lesson at my teachers house because we have our speaking assesment tomorrow... I am stuffed for that.

Plus that took a chunck out of my day so im behind in the homework department. Then next week im not sure what im going to do on wednesday... Its so blah

my school is a catholic school and the teachers are striking

there are positives and negatives

positive: can catch up on work and study for maths exam which is on monday

negative: we are behind in alot of classes so this would put us another day behind

Hmm the issue might be resolved before next wednesday as the government has said it will accept whatever the Industrial Relations place says.

The strike affected me as much as a fart from a cow in South America. Not that I'd want a strike in university anyway, you miss out on too much work.
