In most years it was 98.5, but last year it fell to 95.5, do you think it will continue to drop? why is this happening?

I would imagine that demand would be rising these past few years...due to the wars and what-not

It just didn't receive many applicants last year. It's quite possible that the ATAR cut off will be higher for 2015.
