Sometimes they look nerdy depending on the person but obviously it doesn't look nerdy on some but nerdy on the others. In some cases it looks good.

I got told to wear glasses since I was 7 because my right eye's short-sightedness was about 0.25 more than my left eye...

It's worse if you do well in school and you wear glasses..... sigh

Ha, that may be the difference. I COULD have done well in school... I just didn't care and though most of my teachers were full of shit. Turns out they were .

Ortho-K? Yeah I use them too, much prefer them to glasses.

I'm moderately short-sighted, but I only wear my glasses in class and watching tv. That's it.

I've been told that glasses make me look super smart (but not in a nerdy way). I think it comes down to whether you choose glasses that complement your face; when you don't, you look nerdy.

Never want to try contact lenses - I hate touching my eyes.
