isnt rape supposed to be about the rapist getting himself (herself?) off
and yet in this case she is giving her "victim" a blowjob?

the law is based on principle of bodily autonomy, which means it doesn't matter if the person to whom it is done enjoys it/benefits from it etc, doing something to another person's body (etc) without their consent is illegal.

like you can't do surgery on a (living) person's body without their consent (unless special circumstances-mental illness, emergency etc etc).
