Yup. I'm native canto, and I can pretty much hold a conversation in mando. I can also read/write Chinese (but I guess that doesn't make much difference for Easy Way).

Parramatta easy way has positions vacant right now, but seriously consider it.
5 hours of standing and making tea = $50 + sore feet +shoddy uniform + constant asians asking for coconut jelly.
