Hopefully that caught your attention haha "Off with these clothes borrowed from animals!Let me unbutton this!"
Can I say the exclamation marks show high modality?

Yes, the sentence uses exclamation, but unless the modality of the language is necessary to what you are exploring, it's probably best not to use it as it is a bit vague as a technique. And I am not sure if the sentence is a good example of 'high modality' - I would think an argument with certainty would be a better example of high modality (eg. The world is not flat!).

Perhaps state that the composer creates a sexual tone through exclamation?

Don't say "exclamation marks". It's not necessary.

"Off with these clothes borrowed from animals!Let me unbutton this!"
-interjections (statements using exclamation marks)
-imperative verbs (verb demanding an action)
-truncated sentences (the sentences are kinda short)

effect: talk about tone
-e.g. the techniques mentioned establish a demanding tone, giving authority to the composer/ speaker
