Number of moles= mass/molar mass
so find moles of ammonium nitrate. then by inspection, determine the moles of nitrogen atoms present, and thus find the mass.

Mass of N:

Get the ratio of molar mass of nitrogen in ammonium nitrate, which = 2 x 14.01 / 2(14.01) +4(1.008)+3(16.00). Multiply this number by 28.02

Moles of Ammonium Nitrate:

moles = mass/molar mass, mass is 28.02, molar mass is 2(14.01) +4(1.008)+3(16.00).
