zmail troubles- pls help! (1 Viewer)

hi, im trying to access my zmail account without success, can someone please help!!

Firstly i put in my uni number and unipass. it then directs me to put in my email address, which i do, but then and error comes up saying;

This account does not have an Outlook Web App mailbox.
The user name and password you entered isn't associated with your e-mail account at Outlook.com. To access this account, sign out and then sign back in using the Windows Live ID provided by your administrator.

firstly i dont think i have an outlook email and i also dont know my windows live id provided by my administrator!

wth is an outlook web app mailbox??? pls help its kinda urgent

Have you activated your Zmail account? If not go here:

IT at UNSW - Student zMail Setup

Click 'for students' -->'zmail' --> 'activate zmail'

If you have activated, and its still troubling you, the 'FAQs' tab will help
