To start you off:

1i) You have three cases:

o(k)>o(l). o is in P, but not Q.
o(k) = o(l). Can't happen unless k = l since permutations are bijective, and it states clearly that they are distinct numbers.
o(k) < o(l). o is in Q, but not in P.

Hence since every permutation o is either in P, or Q, but not both, they are complementary subsets of S.

The second part of that bit you just look at how any o which has k and l reversed changes sets from P to Q or vice versa.
I can read every word in that post but the post itself makes no sense to me at all

sometimes I wonder what the world would be like if I could understand maths on a higher level than, you know, being able to count.

I love that half the time you all sit there reading instead of talking to each other, haha.

I try to initiate conversation, but noooo...
thats only when you're there

life is grand
and conversation veritably flows like spring water
when the black cat is away
the mice come out to play

I only have 500 words to answer all these questions. This is just not possible. :/

* What is the Code as a matter of law and how does it operate?
* Why is the Code there at all and in the way it has been implemented?
* Why was there a Parliamentary Joint Committee into franchising?
* What was the thrust of the Parliamentary Joint Committee’s recommendations?
* How do these recommendations reflect on the operation and relevance of the Code?
* What were the ‘real’ agendas of the Committee? Is there a political axe to grind? What were the ideological underpinnings of the inquiry? Do the recommendations display a particular ideology?
