His intentions were well known and he knew what he was doing. The detective saw him beating off, and then the father requested for the "13 year old" to do the same. I dont know how to explain this any easier, HE WAS ASKING FOR A 13 YEAR OLD TO MASTURBATE AND SEND IT TO HIM. If you can not understand that, you are a lost cause and you should go away.

now obviously this can't be too bad, otherwise they would have arrested him before it went further. Obviously he must have said that they would do the act, then arranged a meeting place.
