I'm also interested in this.
If ~94 --> state rank, then perhaps 88% raw aligns to 95?
If so, that'd be sweet ^^

I'd be going for those marks too but modern is squished right in between physics and chem... if only it was the week after
What aligned mark did they give victor? just curious

97 or 98 i think.
Modern history gets marked fairly hard. Our head of history said that it's exremely extremely rare for anyone to get over 95. As for aligning, all I know is our own schools trials and where that goes. A 72 in our trials generally goes to a 90.

ahhh that sucks. ive only got extension maths tomorrow...then ive got time off until modern, but at the same time i need to prep for legal. but yeah i got ages for modern, literally going no technology from the time i get home after extension maths.Gogogogogo!

breaking it down, getting around a 94 raw isnt too bad...i got 25/25 for a speer assessment when no-one in previous years in our school have..so that should be sweet...germany is a lottery with getting a good question, and i find conflict pretty decent. and i want a total war own knowledge question for world war one, then im sweeeeet.

hmm... this thread is very interesting lol... so what would a 91 raw for modern align to?
I'm thinking 96 for some reason. It'd be deadset tough to get 23 for each essay, so that mark should bump up to around 96. I'm hoping a raw of around 94-5 (crazy hard) is a state rank...maybe an alligned of 98-99??

I am coming second in my year, and my intenral mark is 94.
i usually get 92-94 in exams.
..... but i am no where near a state rank.
i go to a school in the top 20 too.
i think we are underestimating the cut off
it it was only 85 to get a band 6 wouldnt so many more people get it?

the top mark is 95 in the trials, but the girl who got it is some gun at history.
i really think that 85 though is a low cut off for a mod band 6?
