can someone advise me of a good maths book in which HSC trial and actual thing style questions are there for each topic.

Coroneos does a book filled with past papers. You get heaps with all worked solutions. Very helpful.

+1 i got this for sale however i only got 3unit and sold 2unit earlier, anyways its called - 3unit Math Past HSC Papers with worked solutions 1990 - 2006 (2007 edition) - Jim Coroneos - $20 (Excellent book - in brand new condition, r.r.p $31.95)

iv got the 2u success in one past paper book and maths in focus as school text book.
shuld i have those aswel?
is there any others you would suggesti?

Get Fitzpatrick 2u, Maths in Focus is for getting the concepts - you should get a better textbook for questions, like Fitzpatrick.

Fitzpatrick or Cambridge are better than maths in focus. As Shadowdude said. I would prob. get cambridge.

I've never actually used Coroneos, so I can't speak about it.
Well i think it's good because it provides good theory+ plenty of Q that have a complete spectrum from easy-->hard--->challenging. I suppose the only downfall would be no worked solution just answers. I think it's a good book.
