How often do you go to the gym or do your own exercise?
My goal this year was to go to the gym around 4 times a week however with uni and work I dont see how this will fit in if I am ever to get a day off
So basically my question is what is your exercise routine like? How do you fit it in around other commitments?
Also, do you have a gym membership? Casual pass? Or just do your own thing?
I'm interested to see what other students routines are like.
At the moment I'm doing 3-4 days a week, I would love to be able to keep this up when uni starts up again but I'll see how I go!
