personally Facebook and Study don't mix. When i was doing my HSC it did affect my study so I banned myself from Facebook. The ban went for 8 months straight. :headbang:

Guess it would depend how much you like to procrastinate.

even if i didn't have facebook, i would find other ways to procrastinate.
+1, I don't use Facebook that much so it doesn't really bother me. But I MUST come on BOS everyday or otherwise I'll felt really weird. LOL. :spzz:

I'm a great example of a true procrastinator, and for me, I have abandoned FB till my last HSC Exam. So far so good.

but generally speaking, FB and Study DO NOT mix, it distracts you a lot and plus its a big waste of time... there's nothing fascinating about it... i don't know why people find it soooo interesting???

anyway, that's my opinion, but offcourse the decision's yours. :)

Just ban yourself from it. Even if its not disrupting your study patterns at the moment, do you want to handle the possibility of it doing so in the future?

Not to mention you could just talk to your friends in real life.

If you have Firefox, download an add-on called 'Leechblock', it can helps heaps with restricting the time you waste on some websites.

Alternatively you could just balance your time like a normal person and not waste large amounts of time cos surely you're smart enough to know it's only gunna negatively impact on your hsc and future.
