^as the title says post your half yearly (or equivalent assement) Grades/Ranks.

my marks are

English Essay - 15/20

Maffs - 66/72

Industrial Techology - 46/52

Biology 35/50

Chemistry - 76.5/100

Physics - 37/70

Depending on the teacher we either have to wait until yearly reports or just ask, most of the techers are happy to give us our ranks if we don't hassle them for it.

Eng. Adv.= 4th 84%
Ext English= 2nd 90%
Mathematics= 3rd 91%
Biology= 2nd 90%
Chemistry=1st 87%
Modern History=1st 93%
Economics= 1st 94%

Pretty okay, not too happy about maths, but everyone did fail the test so...

Software Design and Development: 96/100 (Rank: 3rd/ like 12)

IPT: 27/28 (Rank 2nd/ like 16)

English: 12/15, 12/15, 9/15 (People say I am top 5 surprisingly/ like 100+)

Just an estimate at this stage, haven't got our reports yet. Disappointed.

3 unit, I could have easily gobbled another 100, Physics, I wanted 96+. Software and IPT, I should have nailed coming equal first.

English Adv: ~20/60
SDD: 5/16
Physics: 3-5/20
Maths: 6/23

Lucky. I wish I could get all my ranks. My teachers are still very secretive about ranks & won't tell us to avoid disappointments but we can usually work it out by calculating our assessment tasks. Keep the great work up & I'm sure you'll get an ATAR of 95+.

I have absolutely no idea why I did that for 3 unit. A tear fell down when I got my mark.

Nah, in all seriousness, I wrote summaries for most subjects and read them over. Memorised english essays beforehand because we essentially had the question for both. For maths, past papers and maths online. And I am flattered you want to know how I got my marks It'll be hard to maintain them for yearlies though.

Tsk tsk why is your 3U mark 76%? although you told me and everyone else that you got 60% :L

Next time, aim for 100%, expect at least 90%

And last year's half yearly reports for me:

English adv - 156/172 - 60% avg was 80%
2U Maths - 93% - 9/132 (I swear there were heaps more ppl doing maths than the 2012 cohort)
3U maths - 73% - 5/63 (same deal with 3U maths)
Physics - 60% - 45/70
Legal Studies - 68% - 29/42
Modern History - 85% - 8/55
Music II - 84% - 5/17

My marks have soared from then... thank god..
