Lol, for some reason I've hit a brick wall and my 50m Freestyle is just staying at 27.82 (15 years old) :(

Strength training and having a better feel for the water would help you. How many times do you breathe?

used jack3d for the first time today, before my workout.
didnt give me as much energy as i expected...
i did my 1km bike ride in half the time i usually take and with less effort too, but squats and deads still killed me.

i think jack3d would be excellent for cardio.
gonna try more than 1 scoop next time. maybe 2 or 1.5

starting more crossfit style training lately

walking dumbbell lunges
pull ups
dips
single are dumbbell swing (squat the using momentum into a single arm front raise)
30 russian twists
500m row sprint

also include bent over row, hover, sumo squats with a 30kg kettle bell, upright row, high pulls depending how i'm feeling

tomorrow, i'm going to do:
32kg kettle bell sumo squats
clean and presses
pull ups
push ups
walking db lunges
500m row sprint
x3

then
medicine ball thrusters
stiff leg deadlifts
bent over row
dips
walking db lunges
1km cycle sprint
x2

i want to develop my shoulders, maybe i'll have a 3 exercise, 3 sets per exercise shoulders workout first, have some bcaas then do my crossfit circuit

shoulder:
lateral raises
upright row
db press

6th day on m-stak and it is confirmed making me very very hungry/sped up metabolism

need to take advantage of this

I don't understand why people take creatine and all these extra supplements.

What's wrong with doing things the old fashioned way? Cutting crap from your diet, running/swimming/biking regularly, living a healthy lifestyle?

m-stak is debatable, but if they are available to you and can supplement/improve your diet/gains i don't see why not

that's not gonna get you shredded, son.
never said i wanted to get shredded(pretty sure that was u who said it) , and i didnt buy it with that intention either

it just helps with lean gains, not so much shredding fat

Oh I don't mind protein shakes, since it's basically just milk with a whole lot of soy whey powder (may as well drink soy milk).

But other supplements that claim to facilitate muscle gain etc, I wouldn't take them.

Plus, wouldn't you be more proud of yourself if you got beefed up without any supplements, versus taking them regularly?

Anyway I'm more of a cardio person. Cardiovascular health > big muscles, since it's more permanent.
