wall sit? thats not supposed to induce hypertrophy

ive heard people supersetting leg presses or squats with squats against the wall/wall sits though

havent been at the gym for a few weeks waitin till my hand is fully healed (when i got jumped)

last sets for my workouts were around 120-130, not much, and id been doing them for about 6 months, before that never deadlifted or squated, always used machines and other exercises to work out my back and legs

4 deadlift pb's in 6 sessions now 145kgs~ one more session to break my aim of 150 before nye

30-40 mins on elliptical, 5 days a week

better if you did as having muscles helps you burn fat faster when doing cardio thus important if you want to lose weight quickly

how does muscle help burn fat faster? :S please explain. what helps you burn fat the fastest way possible is your diet, just make sure your diet is calorie deficit, i,e you eat less calories then your BMR.

i think greater muscle volume helps boost metabolism which in turn helps you to burn fat quicker
