Whoever you are, you're just disgracing Girraween now. I don't even need to look at your username (nice work with the subtlety regarding your age btw) or your PM to see that you're a 15/16 yr old.
Wait, so if girlworld is excessively harsh to someone, you reply with "slack", but if I do so, you tell me that I'm disgracing Girraween? WTH? Mate, you're disgracing yourself with your double standards. If your "mind was aware of right" you would have at least been fair and would have scrutinised both of us equally..

Not only are you being inordinately harsh, but you are also being pretty hypocritical too. "Girlworld" HAHAHAHA strong username/10 right there; you're doing CAFS and Standard English, so we could say the same things about you. And " Maybe, you should of chose maths. " - ahaha nice. The "of" should be "have" and "chose" should be "chosen". Maybe you should have chosen Fundamentals of English instead of Standard and said goodbye to your ATAR yea? dickhead..
theind1996 strong username/10 right there!!!

in girlworld's defense, I don't see her starting stupid threads asking how to get into medicine when it's obvious to even girlworld that she's punching above her weight.

OK, sure, next time I see someone with relatively or extremely unrealistic goals, I'll be the first person to criticise them. I don't think that it wasn't obvious to anyone that OP wasn't going to make it into medicine, it's just that no-one had the nerve to say the sort of thing girlworld said. I was basically only criticising girlworld due to her "primary school teacher" comment. And are you condoning those type of comments by girlworld, which despite being true, are offensive to the OP.

1. I don't see the OP getting offended, only you. You don't have the right to not be offended, and if you find her comments offensive you're going to have a lot of trouble in the real world where criticisms come thick and fast.

2. You called girlworld a dickhead mate, why are you getting indignant about offensive comments?

I'm sure we could have all thought of considerably milder and less aggressive ways of conveying a message. Is that not what our compulsory English is teaching us to do?

I'm sorry for being a dickhead.
But ultimately, terrible fates are inevitable- and you my friend are an asshole so you'll get what's coming to you. And since when did picking standard and CAFS become a problem Mr.Legal studies? You may only make fun of my choices if you're doing curry or asian five. In the meanwhile, get a life and stop being a little picky prick, trying to pick up spelling mistakes on a friken forum i could care less about.

And, ohexploitable is right. You are an asparagus.

My subject combination is convertible to ASIAN/CURRY 4 (high-scaling) in Yr 12 yea? and since when is Legal on par with CAFS or standard? - if that's what you're trying to assert..

So I think we established the fact that Med isn't for her lol

Dw I was in the same position, got a first round offer for interviews at UNSW and UWS (didn't apply elsewhere), with a relatively ow UMAT of 88. I felt I did really well in both interviews and for UNSW there's like almost 1/2 chance of making it in once you get an interview. I ended up choosing actuarial studies because I just wasn't sure if I wanted to commit another 12+ years of studying. Don't judge haha.

That being said, passion isnt a requirement to BE a doctor, a combination of high ATAR, UMAT and interview scores is. But passion is if you wanna be a happy doctor :)

And lol at all the slack people, so ruthless. She obviously just has no idea what becoming/being a doctor is like

Assuming @op is not a troll, she can't be serious in wanting to be a doctor with her choice of subjects. She must be very young and naive. So unrealistic.

A couple of weeks ago I heard the story an Asian girl with an ATAR of 99.95 without any science subjects. She was accepted into medicine. After 1st year she gave up as she could not cope. I find it ridiculous Med schools here do not stipulate some prerequisites for doing Medicine - viz at least having at least a band 5 in HSC Chemistry. By accepting her the uni has done her a great disservice and ruined the mental health of an otherwise talented young woman. Idiots responsible for university admissions policies.

I believe that the mistake on their part was automatically assuming anybody with 99.95 ATAR (regardless of the subjects they took) will be an instant genius who absorbs information like Shamwow does water (hence the lack of pre-reqs)

Of course this is a very poor assumption, which as you said led to a huge blow to her morale.

They may not necessarily assume that, but genuinely believe that you can study medicine at uni without year 12 science. The subjects may help, but are not needed.
Not all people would fail to cope like the girl mentioned. Even if just one non-science 99.95 ATAR person copes with undergraduate medicine then that is a gain for the uni and medicine. By not restricting the course to people who have studied a science in year 12 ( say chemistry ), they are leaving the door open to a potential great student. They don't gave a damn about students not coping and loss of morale.

It's not what I'm trying to assert Mr.legal studies/jumping to conclusions kid. And get over it, you're not doing asian/curry FIVE. Take note of the five.

So without a background in Biology & Chemistry you think you can handle Physiology. Biochemistry & Pharmacology, realistically. Just Google?
