sometimes, but very rarely

a lot of the time it doesn't sit well, i prefer salmon.
When I have money I'll buy a nice cut of steak or something from the butcher and when I got home i might have a couple of pieces of duck (is that even 'red meat?') or a small piece of steak but yeah. rarely.

yesterday: smoothie with 3 eggs, spinach, frozen berries, cocoa, strawberries
salmon
carrot and beetroot and mint dip
2 pastizzis and some tiramisu from a maltese cafe on Oxford st
cappuccino
3 pieces of ravioli

today so far:
grapes, tea, water

ok seriously you can buy it pre-cooked and premarinated in packets at coles it's in like a red plastic tray and air sealed and you just heat it up in the oven and it is AMAZING

um it's not on purpose i just love tea

and smoothies are a delicious way to get down a massive handful of baby spinach, protein and frozen berries all at once so w/e

yeah well chicken is for curry, lamb is for slow cooker. All up its probably $100 excl wine, but that's literally every meal for the next 8 days covered

I dont drink really drink that much, about 3 bottles of wine a week (or equivalent). But still, carbs are mainly about overall well-being and energy rather than body fat for me. though, even with drinking, I haven't had a lower body fat in years, even when I used to play sport and stuff.
