brett (sylvester)

But yeah, I know right. I used to be constantly hungry, but now I can go over 5 hours without getting hungry, and maybe six if I add half an avacado or can of tuna to my meal.

and the relatively high cost of my meals is at least partially offset by the fact that I haven't had to buy lunch while I'm at uni all year

it's alright.
The one I have is a bit shit by itself but I used to use it to make porridge because water porridge is SHIT but milky porridge is too thick.
Almond milk. perfect.
The sweetened one is delicious by itself and from memory has maybe 63 calories per cup and like 10g carbs.
The one i have is 40 calories per cup, 3 fat, 1.6 protein and ~1 carbs (or thereabouts)

It's called 'almond breeze' or something and it's the unsweetened one (pink label). It's amazingly delicious heated up with cinnamon and sweetener. omg.

low carb, high fat and high protein

i.e. phase 1 atkins (pretty much)

when done properly, your bad triglyceride level actually go down and healthy triglyceride levels increase!1!1!!

pretty excellent

don't love the idea of protein shakes, but as long as it's low sugar its fine

is this just one particular day? because I know you said you normally eat some fish, which is important

well i didn't have my protein shake today because I skipped the gym (hehe it's cold outside ok and everything is sore anyway)
i usually have white fish or tuna or salmon sometimes. usually 3-4 times a week I have fish twice a day.

ok seriously i've already lost some retained water and can see oblique definition coming through.

yeahhhh buddy
