ill start:

we did our essays in class on the last day of school, after the holidays ended ( tues) out teacher said we would get the mark on Wednesday, Wednesday she either forgot or postponed it and when asked said " come to me on Thursday". Today my friend and me walk in to the staff room an the teacher practically kicks us out saying " you cant harass me you cant harass me" out of nowhere even though we hadn't seen her the whole day ( it was recess).

anyone have some stories of agro teachers?

^That's agro?

I once had a teacher throw white board markers against the board and hit their head against the wall. It was kinda terrifying at the time!

Was it an English teacher? I'm sorry, but if someone came to me with that lack of care for grammar, I'd probably ask them to go away as well.

At my primary school a teacher threw a book at a student, and he is no longer a teacher.

This thread isn't about grammar, its about stories of angry teachers.
please stay on topic.

As an english teacher, I sometimes feel a bit aggro when students have poor grammar and disregard any attempt to improve. But I never resort to yelling at them.

Yes, some teachers probably shouldn't be teaching, but some students do like to provoke anger and violence, and combined with a teacher who may have had a long/hard day, it can be a bad combination.

We hate on our teachers far too readily, just trying to give a different view.

I'm not hating on the teacher ( personally like her a lot) just sharing some stories :), This case was just stupid because she had literally told me " come to me on Thursday" and we came to her and she immediately pushed us out

once this teacher threw his marker at someone in my class because they made up a bad excuse for not doing their homework.

I know this principal who would lock kids up in a tiny metal room for over an hour. And this one time she picked up a girl by her pigtails and threw her over a fence.

Ah, Miss Trunchbull?
Yeah, she was the worst. She once made this massive cake, and then forced a kid to eat it all in front of everyone because she thought he stole a piece of one of her cakes.

I was talking to my friend in Japanese and my teacher got so angry that he grabbed my maths textbook, threw it into the bin then proceeded to throw my school diary onto the floor. Yep

Another time my friend was sitting in front of our music teacher and watching him mark the roll. He was marking the rolling in the wrong column so she corrected him but then instead of saying thanks he raged and started yelling, punching the whiteboard and wall and throwing her stuff onto the ground (lol teachers at our school love throwing stuff, last time one threw a chair). But then afterwards he apologised =)

As soon as your first post, I knew the reference. Matilda was my favourite movie growing up <3

Also Trunchbull is accepted pop culture reference for scary teachers amongst my friends :p
