Re: The p00n thread

Mark matters in terms of relative gaps. For example, if the assessment marks are like 90, 89, 60, 59, 58, then even if you came third, you are no where near as good as the first two (who are almost the same) and you are in fact almost exactly the same as the bottom two. The mark itself is irrelevant, whether first gets 90 or 60 means stuff all, its just the GAPS that matter
So marks mean shit all, it's just ranks and the relative gaps?

This pretty much - it's the gaps that matter.

How did you go if you dont mind me asking?
Bio- 25/25. First by 3 marks.
Chem- 25/27. Equal first.
Sah happy.

Why do all-nighter results turn out better than the ones that are worked on progressively?

Thanks, we are expected to get our results in the new year. The teachers will send everyone an email with our students numbers and the result, kinda fail for privacy.

How bad? Anyway, don't be discouraged, just keep going. It's all about how you do overall and so giving up this early would be pretty stupid.
This. Many chances for improvement and catching up is definitely possible.
