So far, I've gotten back Physics, MX1 and MX2.

Physics:85/100-Rank 12th. Missed out on some freebie marks in the MC and I knew I sorta bombed Quanta.I'm sorta upset since 2 marks separates 4th and 12th for that exam.

MX1: 70/70-Rank 1st Shocked.

MX2: 92/100-Rank 9th. Should've done better, pretty average exam. I forgot things like asymptotes which I'm really disappointed about...

Please share your results and reactions.

I've topped most of my trials, yet my ranks haven't inclined too much due to low weighting/others doing better in previous assessments.

English - 91% - 3/130
Modern - 94% - 1/68
Legal - 94% - 1/41
Japanese - 93% - 2/9
Japanese Extension - 82% - 2/5
Drama - 93% - 1/26

Pretty pleased, a lot to improve until the HSC though

Thanks. My school's pretty draconian with marking, whilst still being ranked in the top 50.

holy christ either you go to a really good school, your school makes easy tests or your school marks really easily, because at most schools 85 in phys and 92 in MX2 would get you MUCH better ranks.

All ranks in this post are of this assessment only. My take on my rankings overall are in my signature.

Advanced English: 6/~50. 78%. Unhappy, but to be expected after my shocking AOS performance.
Business Studies: Equal 2/25. 88%. Pretty pleased, except I got 0/6 marks for financial maths.
Geography: 2/25. 84%. I was surprised I did that well, was expecting high 60s coming out of it. Gotta study more.
Modern History: 1/15. 95%. Apparently an all time school record (I go to a ~100 school). Insanely surprised, I thought I was on low 80s.
2U Maths. 6/15, 60%. Topped my 2U only class, beat average by 2%. I'm not too flash at maths as you guys have guessed... about on par with what I was expecting walking out of the exam room
Extension English. Equal 3/15. 39/50 (78%). Pleased as I hadn't studied a single bit.

Biology: 85%; did bad, made 10 marks in silly mistakes
Business Studies: Tied with you, with 2hrs study over 2 terms.

Ext 1: 72% - meh, could have gotten a lot higher, hoping to get 90 in hsc.
Ext 2: 52% - meh, hoping to get 70%

Like I said, makematics, 2 marks separated 4th and 12th for Physics and for Maths, the people at the top are very strong. There were 2 100s, 1 99, 2 97s, 2 96 and 1 95 with me coming next.
I sense a bit of sarcasm behind "make easy/mark really easily"

English Ext: 34/40 (1st)
Music Extension: 49/50 (2nd)
Music 2: Many marks for various aspects of the course (1st)
History Extension: Project 27/30 and exam 41/50 (1st)
Ancient: 90/100 (1st)
Mathematics: 81/100 (5th)
English Advanced: They lost my creative but if I do well-1st if not, probably 2nd or 3rd.

Not entirely happy with my raw marks, but consoled by the fact I maintained the majority of my ranks :) Went down in Music Extension, but made up for it by going up a place in maths.

i remember getting 86% in my bio trial and being so upset
But then I flaked the HSC exam even worse and I didn't give two shits (oh how things change)

And you're clearly going to get above 70 in MX2
You have to get like 20% to get lower than 70.

I sense a bit of sarcasm behind "make easy/mark really easily"
Nah… that happens at some schools
I remember the physics marks at my school were unexpectedly high after trials
And then after HSC the top was 80 (top exam was 81) and I was like "that makes more sense" lol

English Advanced- 76% (3rd)- Devastated :( I misunderstood the Module B question and didn't answer it properly so got 10/20 (by far my worst essay mark ever :/). Pity because I would have been sitting on 85%+.
English Ext 1-68%- (1st) Satisfied considering our teacher is a very hard marker.
Ancient- 97% (1st)- Soooooo pleased, much higher than I thought!
Legal- 94% (1st)- Ditto, so happy with this. Thought I'd got in the 70's!
CAFS- 95% (1st)- Overall happy but made 2 silly mistakes.
Maths Adv- 75% (2nd)- Eh, should've really got about 80% but I'm fine with this.
Maths Ext- 56% (2nd)- Meh that's about what I expected. Looking over the test though I made so many sillies and if I hadn't I'd get like 70%.

raw mark 70 is actually a band 6 though if you work hard very achievable. you can basically skip last 2 questions if you can get 100% in MC + q1-4

wow lol all of u guys achieved high 80s and 90s. In our school, 95% of the students didnt get over 50% for standard and in other subjects dont talk about it lol.. They mark it too harshly. . Do u guys go to selective schools or that u got easy markers or maybe u guys are smart?
