which shakespearean texts are studied next yr, in yr 10 we currently have studied romeo juliet and are doing macbet atm:bosman:

It's up to the individual school to pick the texts. In year 7-11 you could cover any of them I believe.

Yeah it's up to the school, this was what we did :)

Year 7: A midsummers night dream
Year 8: Romeo and Juliet
Year 9: Macbeth
Year 10: Othello
Year 11: King Henry IV part I
Year 12: Hamlet

Year 7: Twelfth Night
Year 8: Midsummer's Night Dream
Year 9: Much Ado About Nothing
Year 10: Romeo and Juliet
Year 11: Macbeth
Year 12: Hamlet

I loved studying Shakespeare!! Perhaps one of the few redeeming qualities about the English course.

This is what I did at school, although often each class did separate texts (idk how):

Year 7: Much Ado About Nothing
Year 8: King Henry V
Year 9: Macbeth
Year 10: Romeo and Juliet
Year 11: Othello
Year 12: King Richard III

I loved it so much I actually read other plays in my spare time such as Hamlet, As You Like It, Twelfth Night, and a couple of others...
