I'm guessing it was an on-the-spot fine. If so then no.

Only offences which you have been found to be guilty in court, whether plea or through trial, appear on your criminal record.

as someone said above; you only get it on your record if it done through the courts iirc.

on the spot fines are just issued and you're expected to pay

I got a fine notice. I threw it in the bin straight after
this too.

but make sure you do not give your name/address/what not to the TO's. If the popo ask; you legally have to give it but other than that if a TO fines you just say "yeah I am sorry, give me the fine" *throw away the fine and continue with your day*

He took pic of my drivers licence which has my address and concession card
gg then

What happens if you show no identification and give a bs name and address?
well technically there is no law against lying unless it is in court or to a popo officer.

but just walk very fast in the other direction (not running but a brisk walk)

Put headphones in and walk away from them pretending you can't hear them. Walk from platform to platform till your train arrives hahah.

So that was an "onthespot" fine right? He gave me the notice on the spot
Im more worried about the criminal record thing than the money
well if you're a minor then it won't affect your life much if at all. probably won't even end up on your record but there'll be a paper trail somewhere
