I go to a super catholic school. If the director found out about the contents of the book, or if the sisters did, my teacher could be in big trouble.

Out of curiosity, how does your school deal with like evolution in biology? (idk is there evolution in biology?)

also what is your library like lol, is it really restricted?
what would happen if you wrote your essay about sex lol

We do bio by distance ed, we have to do evolution, before that however the sisters give us 'evidence' against it, and popular lies that are told about it.

Nah, the science teacher he has health issues, and the school didn't want to put the stress of a senior class on him, he is actually really smart and dedicated to his work as a science teacher though.
My school won't actually hire a teacher unless they are a trusted practicing catholic, hence we are down 2 teachers this year. I am pretty sure we are getting a new teacher next year though.

honestly, I am too scared to argue with the apologetics teacher because I feel like regardless of whatever stance I took on anything he would just shred me

Plus bc girls' school, teachers do a super feminist reading of it and mod a was pretty much all just man-bashing like wtf can you not .-.

i.e. if you point out a Catholic who doesn't like science, he would assert "Person X is not a TRUE Catholic"

Omg same! Except for my English Extension class I was/am the only male in the class... So there was a lot of that but I just went with it, still doesn't mean I enjoyed Dracula though.

Then proceed to victimize women lol

It's like the set formula in feminazis speeches, tfw i have to sit through a solid hour of this bs in assemblies sometimes

Tbh I wanted to kill myself as well for the first hour or so but once you can appreciate the story that Lang builds upon you can really appreciate why Metropolis is one of the best rated sci-fi films of all time.
