p1: rationale for jury system (e.g. why we have it, why it is important to the adversarial system, what is their role)

p2: majority verdicts

p3: failures of the jury system in other cases (e.g. R v Skaf had 2 juries go to the scene of the crime) - issues with juries (e.g. cannot understand complicated legal terms, often prolong the trial longer than it should be, may give a specific verdict in order to prevent the trial from going for longer, disrupting procedural fairness) etc.

overall, jury system aint too effective lmao
