yh trust mate it'll catch up with u esp if u arent used to doing a lot of cardio on the regular

make sure u drink a lot of water and don't over-exert urself
Also don’t forget to salt up.

Overall I respect the grind. But something tells me it isn’t exactly healthy for your body to just jump into the deep end without any prior training.

Don’t worry about the health part, this isn’t for gains to begin with, it was to test to see if I was worthy to aspire for the dream I have.

Hmm not exactly gains. But more so your ligaments. It’s like using an inelastic rubber band to wrap around a container. If you’re not used to exerting your tendons for example, injury is more likely. But yeah, congrats on your achievement 💪
