So, I've chosen the three sciences for year 11 but 'm considering dropping biology since it needs a lot of memorisation and going for Investigating science instead to lighten my workload. What should I consider? What are your thoughts?

That’s dumb, workload is a myth you should be putting in the same amount of effort no matter the difficulty of a subject so even if you dropped to investigating, to get the same ATAR you’d have to put the same amount of effort you’d otherwise put into biology

investigating science is similarly a memorisation subject, bio might have a bit more but they're similar. id recommend dropping to two sciences if you won't enjoy it, consider picking up something in TAS like software engineering for a subject with more application than memorising (i wish i did engineering or something instead of doing 3 sciences in year 11, it gets very overwhelming when u have 3 depth studies, especially if u have never written a scientific report before like me)
