establish a routine and make sure it starts and ends at the same time everyday, for example sit down at 1 and study till 4pm every day.

write down a list of what you have to do during a holidays, then make a calendar of what you will do each day. for example - notes on climate variation on 12/07, 2 trials papers 13/07, etc.

give yourself dedicated leisure time, but give yourself a time limit for it (unless you have no more work to complete that day). for example, i can play video games from 10-11 am, but then i have to study from 12 - 4, and can only play once ive finished my work for the day.

try do work in the morning or midday. you tend to be more motivated during that time, then once youre done you can do whatever.

dont just say 'ill study today', write down what you will actually study that day. like for example instead of saying 'ill study earth today', you need to write down what specific syllabus dotpoints you need to do for that day

also be actually realistic about how much youll study that day. if you arent able to finish stuff youve written down then you get a bit more lax with leaving work for the next day, but you never end up doing it and just telling yourself 'ill do it later'

if u play games a lot or use social media a ton, you may want to delete them for now then redownload them later. obv you can still redownload them, but having that barrier of 'ugh i have to redownload this' helps a bit with dissuading urself from using stuff that drains ur time.

thats a pretty good strategy i think thats what im gonna do as well. im doing ts eliot for mod b and oml its so boring like how am i meant to write an essay on it
does anyone know the best structure for elliot essays is?. I was gonna do paras for each poem but then my teacher suggested it is more sophisticated to have paras by theme where u incorporate 2-3 poems per para. she said we dont have to compare them but idk this structure better or nah?

I feel like that would be confusing asf since you’re bouncing between poems so much
