like someone said the syllabus really would have helped here and reffered to the aims of punishment including restorative justice, rehabilitation, retribution, deterrence and incapacitation. for a 12 mark section i couldnt remember the bloody names of each... instead i described them like a 6...
i think that the changing composition of societal values and new technologies was the most obvious... with some relevant examples... looks like most people did that. it think we'd be safe as far as "conditions" goes.

haha i never read the novel for western genre and my did i pay for it in the creative part of the exam.
but for the other there really isnt much you can study for. i find all i can do is pretty much know my texts and make some form of plan before the exam.

as for jeans i have about 8 and 4 that i wear.

true... i just got an electric blue piece from bras n things.. its a bit plain but i love the cut so i'll add to it myself. but i think it was $20 for the bottoms and $25 for the top. i love seperates.. haha i can get what suits me best
Personal opinion - i have had, over the course of about a year, two ghd's. the first one was from europe. like mentioned earlier the stuff does wear off and burn your hair. then the heating element broke. the second was an australian one. same thing happened within 6 months. waste of money...
