    They don't take marks off as such, but mark you on what's been done, so it's still impossible to get full marks if you don't finish your essay.

    Write practice essays with your notes to begin with, then take them away and keep writing essays :)

    Hah I have to say I feel like that a fair bit too ;s Don't know where my motivation left to. I've got a half completed essay on the loungeroom table, a started hospitality essay in my room, modern history notes that I haven't finished taking on the kitchen table.. Oh maths, don't get me started...

    Numbe of words in 40 minutes

    I wrote one full HSC booklet for my AoS essay, so that's about 800-1000 words, got 15/15 for it and my teacher doesn't mark lightly. It really depends on what you put it, not how much you do. You should be able to get 13, 14 or 15/15 easily for the AoS as it IS by far the easiest module in...
