i'd have to disagree.. the best 3 places to study law in sydney is usyd, unsw and uts. that's according to most of the stats out there and graduate success.
usyd is still the hardest to get into of any law school in the country so i'd say it's definitely up there.

anyone here doing the UTS JD? i'm thinking about starting it next year but not sure whether to do Grad law (LLB) at USYD instead..
is the degree well recognised? what's law at UTS like??
i went to the JD info evening earlier this year and i got the impression it wasn't that competitive. i'm thinking about doing it next year but not sure which uni to go to or whether to do just grad LLB. any advice would be appreciated!
i'd advise the bachelor of music alone. its a pretty big workload and most people i know who started the bmus studies/arts have dropped the arts part as it's too complicated. you also have to travel between main campus and the con with timetabling issues likely to arise..
yeah u can claim hecs on both. im currently studying at sydney full time and part time at macquarie claiming both on hecs and its working really well for me.
just wondering if theres anyone else whos at two different unis studying different degrees? (one full time, one part time)
ive been doing it for a semester now and i know others who have also and its been working really well for me so far!
well i wouldnt advise picking up degrees at both unis in your first semester. i started in my second semester of first year and most other people i know started in second year. just enrol full time in one degree through uac (i suggest usyd because mac is more flexible with their part time...
well from what i've heard (and i havnt personally seen this but heard from ppl who are in a similar situation).. u can undertake studies at no more than two institutions filed under hecs... i know people who have been doing this for a few years and successfully completed their degrees with no...
im at usyd full time and mac part time. both courses are under HECS. im suprised how well its worked out for me. i expected timetabling to be the biggest issue but its turned out perfect so i have 4 days at USYD and one day at mac. i do most of the lectures online so i only need to go to mac for...
anyone tried to do concurrent degrees at different unis? (from what i gather, you're talking about concurrent degrees just at mac) but i know other people including myself who are studying two degrees at two different unis. . just interested to see if theres anyone else in the same boat??
