I think 3 is C as it says "PRODUCTION PROCESS" which is the key hint. A time/Action plan is used throughout the production, whilst the other answer (research) is usually done in the initial stages

So how did you like the exam today? I found it really easy! It was good tho. Pretty relaxed and laid back. How did you all go? Also what question number did you do for section 3? I did Question 13 about the IDEO banking "keep the change".
