Ok ive fixed it, all i did, was use another one of my computers, disconnect the hdd and connect my old hdd, then formatted it, by using the bios the boot from the CDrom, which worked! Thanks for all your help!

Ive got a copy of windows xp pro. Ive formatted my computer and all. But when i start up, the computer says invalid system disk, replace disk and try again ^ This is when there is no disk even in the drive! So anyway I put in a windows 98 system disk and press enter at the prompt...
