No.. But that's an exaggeration of what we were saying. Reading 'post war' as 'pre war' is possible, so you may get credit points. No way will you get full marks, but you should get more than 0.

Then why don't you go into the right one and not spam? EDIT: Okay, I'll answer your question for you anyway... My guess is that it's only a mark for it actually being post war, because people do (and always will) miss out some parts of a question. It's highly unlikely that you'll get zero.

They aren't scaled, everyone does the same paper. They are made into percentages, which is easy, as all except english were out of 100. English was out of 90, so 81 would be a band 6 (90%).

Remember the english HSC exam is two papers: English: (Standard and Advanced) then a second one, which is different depending on whether you do standard or advanced - and advanced scales better here. (I think.) Have a look at 2001-2003 scaled means.

I don't think the time arrangement in maths is as balanced as it could be. You end up with 0-5 mins left after section 1, but like 30mins left after the calulator stuff (if I can remember correctly).
