UNI is more work (in most cases...depends on the course), but I don't think it's as stressful. No one pushes you to do brilliantly, and you realise once and for all that academic sucess is NOT the most important thing in your life-far from it!

Hmmm, we all complain about fee-paying students, but the bottom line is-Universitys need those people to pump in extra money. I totally agree that it isn't fair to those who worked really hard but missed out by a few marks, but it would cost everyone more money if UNIs didn't have that scheme.

Yeah, V helps me, but I think it really is just a placebo...I mean, it has caffeine in it, but while that keeps you awake, I don't think it really helps you concentrate on stuff. Don't buy textbooks before you start doing the work...textbooks cost a prety penny, so it's better to wait and see if your really need them before you rush out and spend up to $100+ on a book you don't need. Unless you know someone already doing the same course, then they could probably give you...
