    yeah last year i started off with this textbook, but its explanations can be so poor sometimes that our teacher bought us the terry lee one, so much better but ive also seen cambridge with the exact same book, arnolds prob just changed publishers. either that or they just haven't realised yet...

    well im not sure why your teacher told you to do it like that, but you also need absolute values around them because its below the axis. also you needed to integrate [xxx]0-1[/sup], not [ xxx ]-1 [sub]0, this will also change to answer.
