yeh - and dont write as small as you would normally - ive been practicing writing about 1.5 times normal size so that i can read it easier and so pages fill up more... basically if u can write 3 pages normal paper you should get 6-8 out in HSC booklets

Is anyone here naturally smart like myself? you see.. i do really minimal study and get pretty good marks overall... they arent great but they are well above average most of the time... and im sure if i was actually ocmmitted heavily i could get 99+ but its not going to happen and theres...

my biggest regret is leaving study for history to last minute before exams, taking notse and stuff like 2 days before try and do it as you like your meant to... summarise ur book and read over it every few weeks etc

yeh marking guidelines change.. for modukle B i think u need at least 2 readings, for module C prolly need to talk about how many episodes/supp texts it states in the question make sure u write in the proper register for the text good spelling helps integrate ur ideas together well rather...

ur doing same courses as me.... go to the boredofstudies main page, click humanities, click modern history, go right to the bottom and download the notes by some guy - they are really good if ur in urgent need and they cover all the topics u are doing... u sound like ur desperate - uve posted...

yueh i always fuck up multiple choice - i dunnno why its just i find that the answers arent anywhere in a text book or nething... they are really obscure...

i think its funny how u just so happen to be wanting ecos notes/ handouts as well...

lol @ john - so true especialy at our school but yeah... quote critics i think by all means, just as long as they fit with what you are saying... instead of using you words put sumthing like "as Fiona Morrison points out, something postcolnial about cloudstreet which gets me extra marks"

i think where they got the idea is good in an article or sumthing but its a fairly sound essay in my opinion - kudos

exemplars are crap i cant understand most of them... they say things we were specificallty told not to say and are all thematic and shit...
