yeh i've changed my mind about a uos as well...wanna go from physics regular to advanced. but i can't seem to do that? looking for how to drop a uos and add a new one, but i can't find it on MyUni. is this because we're not allowed to do that yet? if so, can anyone tell me when we will be allowed?

yeh med science i think is like 26 hours (first year): Physics: 3 lec + 1 tut + 1 lab = 7 hours a week Chem: same as phys = 7 hours a week Biol: 3 lec + 1 lab = 6 hours a week 2 units of Math: 4 lec + 2 tut = 6 hours a week

i want the UAIs before the HSC marks. otherwise, i'll have a stress attack over my marks, and be like "ahhhh crap, those marks aren't gonna get me a UAI over 90!!!" or some crap like that. If i get my UAI first, then i can look at my marks with some semblance of calm.

no, wat ur talking about is the percentage. The percentile is how u performed in relation to other test-takers. ie, if u got a percentile of 90, that means u did equal to or better than 90% of all other candidates, as in, 90% of candidates got a score equal to or lower than yourself. Basically...

Biology. It is the biggest waste of time EVER!!! it's really more like a 2 unit course in memorisation than any form of a science. It's not even remotely conceptual. I hated it. It didn't even help that i had a good teacher. It's just a terrible subject.

yeh, i also do maths ext 1, and it says 2 units on my letter as well. But its ok, 'cos i checked it online (on Board of Studies - students online), and it says 1 unit on there.

no, you only need a band 6 in 10 or more units. not necessarily all your subjects.
