    i kinda took the approach of being really busy throughout the year and kept up everything i had done in previous years, sport, debating, music etc. as a result i only studied a max of 2 hrs per day but as trials, hsc etc. approached i went into excessive cramming mode. for trials it worked but...

    what i hate is how everyone says "once you're at uni your uai won't matter and no one will care" the problem is in order to get into uni and your desired course your uai DOES matter so really that's no consolation at all

    the waiting is killing me but personally i think considering how many papers they have to mark, how many marks have to be recorded etc. they get our results out pretty quickly

    from what i've heard the workload isn't that terrible. you are doing two years more than a 'normal' degree anyway so that should even it out a bit and yes, you should have time to actually have a life beyond uni

    i certainly don't know cause i'm not studying law but when friends who are studying law at usyd and those studying at uts discuss what they've learnt, it appears usyd provides a more thorough course and thus some would consider it to be the better university for law it also claims to have...

    call centres where you're doing only incoming calls eg. pizza hut etc. give you a minimum wage and it's relatively easy work

    a lot of ppl say sydney is better in terms of reputation and unsw provides a more practical approach no idea if that's true

    uts doesn't have the same reputation for law it's better for other degrees. thus the lower demand to do law at uts and the comparatively lower uai
