Hey everyone, great thread by the way, just what I was looking for :) I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about accelerating units in a maths major. I was told by the Dean of Science that it was common for some people to do second year courses in first year. Has anyone done this...

oh so you just enrol in the courses yourself? is there anywhere we can find a list of prerequisites etc for particular majors, to help us guide our choosing? also i know with some student programs eg. the Talented Students Program with the science faculty, that you can skip some first year...

But it would seem to me that phasing out the LLB would be ignoring the fact that a lot of undergrads today do it as a "generalist" degree anyway. As opposed to something like...
