As far as I'm aware the Academic Achievement Award doesn't add any extra points to your UAI at all - it's just a sum of $4000 paid once and in the first year. For Law at UNSW I'm quite sure you need a UAI >99 unless you apply under EAS or transfer after beginning a separate undergraduate...
