Quick question - In 1st year Commerce... if you fail a final exam but when you factor in your other assessments, your final mark is still a pass, do you fail the course anyway?

I don't mind FINS1612 because it sets the groundwork. Coming into the course I had no idea what derivatives, futures, bonds, forward contracts, etc etc were or how they worked.

I got 74... thought I did worse but it's definitely not a high mark in either case.

Does anyone know what the mid-session was out of? Because I got my mark but I donno if it's out of 20, 30, 50, 100, etc? Maybe we can work it out if we all put down our marks. I got 19.5 and I know someone who got 18... i'm thinking it was out of 30...
