Yes i did do hospo for the HSC, i did Food & Bev service. And no i probably wouldnt be a Food Technologist, i didnt enjoy that side of things as much.

Lol...i usually keep things i feel i may have a need for in the future. In most cases i am right lol. For example i have just started tutoring yr 8 maths so i was glad to have kept everything. I was going to cull after the hsc, but you know...i just couldnt bear to let go. Lol jk, but yes...
