    My dad has no problem with it - although I've gotten the "don't get anyone pregnant" speech quite a few times. I can see why girls would have quite a bit of trouble getting their parents (especially their dads) to accept it though...

    It's impossible to rank every Uni in the world accurately (based on teaching), as that would require one person or a group of people following a very strict criteria to attend every course at every Uni in the world. I take all this ranking business with a grain of salt...

    Just accept the TAFE offer and when the Uni offers come out on the 19th of Jan, you can decide whether you want to pay or not before the next day. No harm in accepting if you don't have to pay up front.. :)
