no i'm not going overseas, but i will be receiving lots of pressies when you get back, won't i mon?? :p :D my new goal is to save up for when i graduate (end of 2008) and definitely go to Spain (to practise my language skills!!) and parts of Europe.

i did retail (kmart) for 2 1/2 years and I got so sick of it... i had two jobs going (sort of a filing, data entry, retrieval thing) at one time, but i decided to ditch the retail because i was only getting 3 hours a week. filing and data entry does get monotonous, but 4 hours a week...

but maybe it's the way the electives are set up now, so you don't do a full 200 (?) hours or whatever like we did. i dunno. P.S: go the tigers :p

i did the hsc last year and i didn't go to schoolies. i don't think i missed out on too much... i got a job and earnt money for the start of uni.. (trust me - you need it!! textbooks aren't cheap!!) but i think some sort of break is in order, even if it's a couple of days just lazing...

Another idea is to go to the syllabus and look at the dot points in the "learn to" and "learn about" columns. This is where all the questions are taken from. A good site is the HSC online run by CSU. Here they have a run down on (most) topics and activities/questions for each one...

That is such a nice analogy :D I feel everyone's elation at handing in the PIP!! It reminds me of when I had to do it last year... my main feeling was liberation (although I pity those of you who have more than one major project - pirotess, what were you thinking :p) Congratulations...

OK, so remember that feeling and compare it to the day you get your results/UAI :D hitting "Print" was such a liberating experience because I knew that was the end and there was nothing else I could (or would!!) do on the blasted thing. :p that said, I learnt so much from doing the PIP...

ummm if you seriously don't know, i'm a bit concerned. you should have a wealth of information from a variety of sources - the central material is a place where you integrate all of your research in an attempt to shed light on your topic. :)
