nope - it is upstairs on the *wing* that you enter by going underneath the connection between W5C and the theatres - it is at the top of the stairs, first on the right - little tiny room with one window over looking the outside area near Mac Theatre.

what model of printer are you trying to do this on? Maybe look at the instruction manual? Post the Model Name and Number ie Kyocera XP45678
