Well, COSC gives you very helpful computer knowledge which is relevant to mostly any major in the physics/engineering/biology/maths sectors, whereas PHYS1500 is not a prerequisite for any thing and all the stuff you learn in it you learn later but better if you do astrophysics subjects. But...

the official cutoffs on uac are 90-91 but like you get 5 bonus points if you live in GWS and you can get 5 (maybe more) subject points, so you can get in with 80 if you get a band 6 in something relevant but don't do as well in some of your other subjects.

I have a feeling these IQ tests are wrong. I only got 57 in section 3 of UMAT (2 years in a row)(which isn't good) and these tests put me consistently above 125.

Don't bother doing the physics bridging course at all ever. I did BioMed engg and medsci last year for a year and the bridging course would only help with PHYS1001 (or MECH1001(iirc) but everyone doing combined does PHYS), ENGG1800 and ENGG1802, which you don't have to do as part of BioMed...
