me too!!! i really like the atmosphere... i really felt a "vibe" - sounds stoopid but i think it was instinct. the people seem friendly, it's a nice size with cool buildings.. about the 8am starts - i think i'd learn to deal with them... i'm more of a morning person anyways!!! :)

i went to campbelltown campus yesterday for my RET and it's really nice... there's ducks in the pond as you drive past and the buildings are very modern. if you don't like it, don't choose it!!! in the end it's about personal preference - so some people will like it, some won't... it's just not...

i'm about 40 mins away from the campus (by car) and about 50 mins by train. how far is it from where you live?? i don't know (this is IF i get in of course!!) how often i'd drive - the guy on the tour said for first year education students, expect a lot of 8am starts... so hmmmm... :)

my school is exactly the same... except it's only the top 2 that find out!! our rankings go on our reports (but that may only be for the trial, i'm not so sure..) but no one is ever supposed to find out their school assessment marks. :)

no, not all teachers have to mark by the same criteria because not everyone does the same trial paper... my teacher wrote our trial herself, so the marking criteria could be a little different :) anyway, i got another 5 marks for my extended responses, so i'm feeling better!!!

thanks for that!! it's nice to get an insight from a real student!! i was put off by sydney's "reputation" and size. did you know that they have 2240 undergraduate EDUCATION students enrolling every year?? that's as many students at ACU from ALL courses!!! i'm coming to the open day on...

i used to have the same problem... when i got alerts about people posting (in my inbox), i'd click on the link and i'd have that problem of having to sign in all the time. now i always sign in through the website, not through my email pop-up thingy. so maybe that's what's happening??? *shrugs*
